By entering or participating in the Sesame Street Store “Win a Luxury Included ® Family Vacation at Beaches Resort sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to all of the following rules:

How to Enter. Enter the Sweepstakes on-line by going here. While at the Sweepstakes page, enter your email address to participate in the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required. Employees of Musictoday.com, inc. ("Musictoday") and its affiliates, employees of any prize sponsor and its affiliates, and members of such employees' immediate families or households are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Prize Deadlines. All entries for the Sweepstakes must be received by Musictoday on or before: Monday, December 14, 2009 at 3:00:00 PM Eastern. Winner will be selected from a random drawing scheduled to be held five (5) days after the deadline.

Winner Selection and Notification. The winners will be selected at Random by the Sesame Street Store powered by Musictoday. This decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entries are the property of the Sesame Street Store powered by Musictoday. Entrants need not be present to win a prize. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or United States mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within five (5) business days of Sesame Street Store powered by Musictoday’s first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes. Stated values represent approximated retail cost.
Grand Prize: One (1) Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night Luxury Included ® Vacation to any Beaches Resort in Jamaica or Turks & Caicos t (approximately $2,500 value). Package includes one room with deluxe accommodations for a family of four – two adults and two children (age 15 and under). Items not included in the Beaches Luxury Included package include: telephone calls, Red Lane Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty shops and are the full responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. Prize is valid for travel from December 9, 2009 – December 9, 2010 and is not transferable nor redeemable for cash and no extension will be given after the package has expired. Trip is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates and winner will not be confirmed for travel until thirty (30) days prior to the selected travel date pending availability. A processing fee of $25.00 per room per night is applicable. Beaches Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within our chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates.

General Conditions. This Sweepstakes is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this Sweepstakes, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Musictoday to use each winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Sweepstakes and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner.

Releases. By participating, entrants agree that the Sesame Street Store powered by Musictoday, Sesame Street Workshop, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion (hereinafter collectively called "Promoters"), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes, such entrant will indemnify and hold Promoters harmless from and against any and all such claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees related thereto. Promoters shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, misdelivered, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this Sweepstakes. Promoters shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment or software; program malfunctions or other failures; delayed computer transactions or network connections; any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or any other person related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Musictoday reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of the Sweepstakes. Musictoday reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes which may be deemed applicable in such winner's jurisdiction of residence. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue for such litigation shall be only in the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond, Virginia or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division.
